I am passionate about communications, marketing, and brands, and their role in transforming business. With a track record of leading growth and change, igniting organizations, and creating stakeholder engagement and advocacy, I bring deep expertise and leadership in branding, marketing, and communications. Over my career, I have created, launched, and managed new brands, repositioned venerable brands, and led brand integrations and spin-offs resulting from mergers and acquisitions. While based in Des Moines, Iowa, I am truly an international pioneer, having worked extensively across North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Most recently, as Vice President of Communications and Marketing at Vestaron Crop Protection, I led the enterprise rebrand and established a scalable global brand system across corporate and product portfolios. I built unified messaging and narrative frameworks for commercial, regulatory, investor, and employee audiences, directed multi-channel communications across digital, social, media, and executive platforms, and implemented governance standards and digital asset management to ensure global consistency and compliance. These efforts drove measurable business results, including a 400% increase in social engagement, doubled website traffic, and contributed to 18% U.S. sales growth, while supporting capital raises, regulatory milestones, and M&A initiatives.

Previously, I served as Global Head of Brand, Advertising, and Narrative at Corteva Agriscience, leading the strategic development of a new global corporate brand following the Dow-DuPont merger. I architected the IPO launch, oversaw the strategy and management of a $15B global brand, and led a cross-functional global team and agencies to unify three legacy businesses around a single purpose and master brand strategy. I orchestrated a multi-year food security campaign establishing the Global Food Security Index, delivering measurable impact on alignment across five business units, stakeholder trust, stock valuation, business development, and technology acceptance.
