CORTEVA’S DEI BRAND INITIATIVE was conceived to celebrate the immense and diverse contributions of these farming communities within American agriculture. To respect the experiences of each of these groups and tell their stories with authenticity and impact, an initial in-depth research effort was conducted. The goal was to identify, explore and help bring to life the stories within these farming communities, creating a case for how Corteva should engage and informing a continuous narrative to share within the industry and beyond.
